John F. Gelson has been named a 2005 New Jersey
Super Lawyer in the practice area of Alternative Dispute Resolution
(ADR) mediaton in the May 2005 issue of New Jersey Monthly magazine
and in the 2005 edition of New Jersey Super Lawyers Magazine. Mr.
Gelson is one of only eight (8) mediators listed as a Super Lawyer.
The group of ADR mediators listed consisted of six retired judges
and only two attorneys.
Mr. Gelson has been certified by the New Jersey
Supreme Court as a Rule 1:40 Qualified mediator since 1994 and Certified
by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney since
1993. Mr. Gelson has mediated over 150 cases - 80% successfully.
As a reflection of his expertise and experience, Mr. Gelson has

Directory.
The selection was based on independent research,
a screening of nominees, interviews, a blue-ribbon panel review
