Roger J. McLaughlin

Roger McLaughlin, Esq. has been admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey since 1978. As senior partner of the firm of McLaughlin Gelson D’Apolito & Stauffer, he has served as counsel to numerous public entities and local governing bodies as well as private and corporate clients and banking institutions.
Mr. McLaughlin has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Court Appointed Mediator since 2009, concentrating his mediation practice in the areas of General Equity, Complex Commercial Litigation, Mt. Laurel Affordable Housing issues, Complex Construction matters, Actions in Lieu of Prerogative Writ and Probate.
In addition, Mr. McLaughlin serves various banking institutions as review counsel for commercial loan transactions. Among the banking institutions Mr. McLaughlin has represented in that capacity are Allaire Community Bank, Central Jersey Bank, Commerce Bank, National Community Bank and Ocean First Bank.
As a reflection of his expertise and experience, Mr. McLaughlin has been awarded the highest rating in the Martindale-Hubbell law directory (”AV”) for more than a decade. He was named in New Jersey Monthly magazine as Super Lawyer each year since 2006 in the field of Municipal Law.
